Boys and Girls?
Print out the sheet of shapes and let your toddlers turn them into boys and girls. Put some arms and legs on each figure. Put some faces and hair too! Then color the dresses or shirts! After you are done you can cut them out and put them on a card! Talk about the shapes you see and the colors you are using! Review body parts, colors and shapes all at once in this activity!
Supplies Needed-
– Printer to print sheet of shapes
– markers or crayons
Tips/Suggestions-
– You the parent do a pair and then let your toddler follow your lead! When you are drawing the arms say “Here’s one arm on for the girl and here’s the second arm. Now I’m going to put on some legs..etc.”
