Toddler Activities: Game

Toddler Tic Tac Toe!
Get some tape and some floor space to play this fun game with your child. Use some masking tape and make a big tic-tac-toe board on the floor or rug. Then find 3 toys of the same thing (three cars, blocks) and 3 socks of the same color. Then let your toddler place a toy or sock in each square. First see if she can place an object in a square. Then after she is done with all of them. Go over what's in each square. If your child happened to put three of the same items in a row, celebrate and tell her what a great job she did!. Then have here take them all off and let you put them down. You can also repeat with taking turns, almost like a real game.

- masking tape
- toys
- socks
